    Hi Kristoffer,
thanks for getting in touch. To troubleshoot this please answer the following questions:

    1. Are you running the latest version of CloudApp (1.0.2)?
    2. What OS are you running and what language are you running it in?
    3. When you take a screenshot, where does it get saved to (default is Desktop)?
    4. What is the name of the screenshot file?

    Thanks

    Hi,
    I have the same problem.
    To answer the questions :
    1. CloudApp 1.0.2
    2. Mac OS X 10.6.3 and French
    3. Desktop
    4. Capture d'écran, wich is the name in french given by default to screenshots by Mac OS X

Same here! Doesn't seem to work in languages other than english, no?

    1. Yes, 1.0.2
    2. 10.6.3 Swedish
    3. Desktop
    4. Skärmavbild date time.png (Swedish default name)

I even tried changing default filename to "Screen shot" and file type to jpg but neither worked

Btw, it works when you capture the screen to clipboard instead of file

    Me three!

    1. 1.0.2
    2. 10.6.3 Swedish
    3. Desktop
    4. Skärmavbild date time.png (Swedish default name)

As for Johan H above, it works when I hold down ctrl and capture the screen to clipboard instead of saving the file to my dekstop. To bad its impossible to press shift + ^ + cmd + 3/4 on a MBP. :(

So we decided to rewrite the language support because you guys are having so much trouble. We will come up with a new solution for this. Sorry about the inconvenience.
