Photoshop raindrop and external drive

The Photoshop raindrop doesn't work with files saved on an external drive. Is that the case? I ask because it prompts me to do a "Save as…" and once I save even to my internal drive, CloudApp just stalls and a little bit later force quits. I don't have this problem when using a file originally opened from my internal drive.

Need to clarify a few things:

    1) The crashing doesn't occur unless I choose to cancel the Save As dialog box.

    2) It does appear that the file can't be on an external drive, otherwise it will prompt you to do a Save As. If you do choose to Save As, the script stops whether you're saving to an internal or external drive.

    3) MOST IMPORTANTLY!!! This raindrop doesn't work if you're working on a CMYK file. Once you convert to RGB, everything is fine.

Thank you! Really! We had no idea why this was happening and you are the first one to mention it. We will look into it ASAP!
