Remove ability to change final URL

Before it becomes an issue, I would like to point out people should not be able to change where the shorturls point. This could easily be used to link to something popular then switch it to a phishing website after it starts to get views. Other services such as bitly and tinyurl know this and don't let you change the final destination of a shorturl.

    You can't change where the short url points out here as well.
