Logging In from email.

You must have sent five so far today. I have clicked on the link, entered the details, and then get bounced to Log In and the invite to have another email. What am I doing wrong and would you help please?

    I assume you're using Safari? Go to Safari, Reset Safari and click Clear Cache.
    Then quit Safari, open it again, and try again. Let me know if that helps.

    Thanks for the help, Matt.

    Are you trying to reset your password or activate? Does it let you change your password or does the new password you set not work?

    Matt is right it may be a cache issue.

    Also, try a different email address, then we can pin down the problem. There could be something wrong with your email provider.

    Thank you Malcolm, I did all that but no different I'm afraid. At the first screen I get a single line entry which I assume is for me email address. If I enter it I get another screen asking for the email and password, enter them and nothing happens.

    After filling in the first form, what did the message at the top of the screen say? It should send you a password reset or activation email you use to either reset your password or activate your account.
