Hey there.

I'm loving Cloudapp, however there is a major problem I have with it.

On all the forums I use, I cannot link the image into the post, because it says the file format is invalid. I have to either use a different host, or just link them to the page, instead of using the [img] tags to display it.

Can you add the option to have the link be like cl.ly/hy6a.png or .jpg so that we can link them in posts?

Thanks!

    Hello Dane,

You have to add /content to the end of your cl.ly link. As an example let's say this is your CloudApp link: http://cl.ly/1212 so to embed it you should put http://cl.ly/1212/content

    Hope this helps!

    That doesn't help at all.

Most forums I visit require only certain image formats. They won't allow "Dynamic" links, which is what Cloudapp shows up as.

I need them on have a .jpg, .png etc. otherwise it won't work on forums.

Yep, we will be working on this as soon as we launch CloudApp Pro. Hopefully we will get to it in September.
