To cancel your subscription, it's important to cancel from the location you purchased. There are several options:
- Purchased from the CloudApp website as either of a) an individual subscription or b) a team account
- Purchase from the iTunes App Store

- If you purchased a subscription for CloudApp through the iTunes App Store, you'll have to go here to cancel it: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039
Purchased from the CloudApp Web Site
- Individual Subscription
- If you are an individual paying subscriber who purchased with a credit card, please login to your web account, select “Change Plan” then click “Cancel my subscription.” Having issues?
