Where is my data stored? Where is my data hosted? Where is my video? Where is my image? Where is my screenshot?

Cloud storage is automatically enabled for all users, whether they are free or paid. When you record a video, capture a screenshot, or share a file, the video, audio, and chat text are uploaded into the CloudApp Cloud. The files are stored in datacenters managed by Amazon Web Services.

After the files are uploaded they can be downloaded to a computer or streamed from a browser. To manage your captured content (videos, screenshots, gifs, files) or share a link with others, you can find your content in two places:

1) Accessible directly from the CloudApp application

2) Accessible directly from the CloudApp website

Log into your account and navigate to the Dashboard page.

CloudApp also offers a second uploading option, Custom Storage. Custom Storage saves the files to your Amazon S3 bucket.
