Why is my account locked?
For security reasons and to make sure your account is not compromised we will lock an account if 3 attempts are made within 5 minutes from the same IP address. If you see a message that says that your account is locked, do not worry!
You can wait 30 minutes and relogin to your account as normal!
If you were previously getting a failed password message we recommend resetting your password as well before re-attempting to prevent being locked again.
