Some users may have noticed that CloudApp is unable to take screenshots/GIFs or record video and/or webcam. We can confirm CloudApp is fully compatible with most OS versions. However, for your security, CloudApp requires you to enable the camera, microphone, system events, system recording, automation, and accessibility, from the ‘Permissions’ tab under ‘Preferences’:
You can also directly authorize the camera, microphone, and screen recording in Mac System Preferences, specifically by going to System Preferences > Security & Privacy.
