In order to make use of CloudApp, you need to have the app icon shown in the taskbar. Windows 10 hides it by default, so you have to right-click on the taskbar, choose Settings, scroll down to Notification area and choose “Select which icons appear on the taskbar”. Now you can switch CloudApp to “on” to permanently show our icon on the right-hand side of the taskbar.
