If you are on our Windows application and experience the following error while recording a video: “An error occurred while recording :( The specified device interface or feature level is not supported on this system.” Follow this temporary workaround!
To disable the desktop duplication recording method, click on the Cloud icon, gear icon, ‘Settings’, ‘Recording’, ‘Advanced recording settings’, then uncheck that setting
If unchecking the desktop duplication method did not resolve the error, try re-checking the setting and unchecking ‘Enable Hardware Acceleration (DirectX)’
