Number annotations reduce text by adding numbered circles to your screenshot. They allow you to highlight a sequence of steps someone needs to take, prioritizing issues to tackle, with or without any text. As you add number annotations to your content, the numbers automatically increase in order.
To add number circles to your content:
- Visit your content on the web using your share link.
- Click “Annotate” and then the “Number” tool.
- Click anywhere on the content to place your number annotations.
